At Indie Author Revolution LLC, we are committed to full transparency and compliance with state tax laws. This Sales Tax Policy explains how sales tax applies to your purchases with us.
When is Sales Tax Charged?
Since Indie Author Revolution LLC is based in Arizona, we are required to collect and remit Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT)—Arizona’s version of sales tax—on all taxable goods and services sold to customers within Arizona.
What Products or Services Are Taxable?
Online Guides: Pre-recorded or downloadable guides are subject to sales tax under Arizona law.
Digital Goods: Any digital downloads, such as eBooks, templates, or course materials, are taxable.
Physical Goods: Any physical products, such as printed workbooks or merchandise, shipped to you will include sales tax.
Live, interactive classes or coaching sessions that do not include digital or physical goods may be exempt from sales tax, per current Arizona regulations.
Why No Refunds?
Our guides and digital products are delivered immediately or accessed online upon purchase, making it impossible to “return” them. Digital content can be easily duplicated, so offering refunds would compromise the integrity of our materials. We strive to ensure our descriptions provide clear and accurate information so you can make an informed decision before purchase.

In rare cases where there is a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at iarllcofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work promptly to resolve access problems or offer alternative solutions.
Payment and Collection
Sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout. Indie Author Revolution LLC is responsible for collecting this tax and remitting it to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

How Sales Tax Is Calculated
The applicable sales tax rate includes the Arizona state TPT rate plus any additional local city or county taxes based on your delivery address. The total tax rate will be displayed at checkout.
